Coming out of the ground, the forming work you see in the photo was completed in 6 hours, ready to pour.

Brick Ledge

Specific ICF brick ledge was installed on 3/4's of the building. All below grade walls have dimpleboard applied as a drainage plane, along with drain tile and bleeders, that is all that is needed below grade with commercial ICF in Wisconsin. In the south, termite barrier may need to be applied

Brick ties and placing

The 15,000ft2 of wall on each floor was poured in one single 9 hour pour. This project also had cast-in-place brick ties you can see on the exterior of this wall
